COMPASSION IN ACTION SOCKTOBER AND MAC AND CHEESE DRIVE We are collecting adult size white athletic socks for our community’s homeless population. We are also collecting boxes of Mac-n-Cheese for our district food pantry. Traditional students bring in your donation to school. Virtual students come to our drop off event in the front of Washington October 14th, 28th, and November 4th from 10:00-11:00. Our goal is to collect 500 boxes of Mac n Cheese and 200 pair of socks. If we reach this goal Mrs. Mobley will stand on College Avenue during lunch time holding up a crazy sign and asking for honks! Virtual families can drive by and honk!

Dear Washington Parent/ Guardian, Our school year may look different this year, but what has remained the same is that we continue to support our students and families. Now more than ever, a strong partnership is critical for our student's success. Our school compact describes our goal to work together to ensure your child's academic and social success. Our hope is that we share this goal. Our School/ Family Compact: https://5il.co/lly5 Please take a moment to review this important compact and respond to this form. Ashley, McLarty, Principal

Yearbooks Are Here!! If you ordered a yearbook last year: We have a record of online payments from the Spring and those have been sent home, either to the students' middle school or we contacted the parent to pick up at school. Virtual students or students who are not at Washington this year who ordered a yearbook last year can stop by the school to pick it up (I would call first to make sure your name is on the list). If you did not order a yearbook last year: You can still buy one. On campus students, please order through your Folder. Virtual students or students who are not at Washington this year, please come to the building with $12. (Exact amount in cash or a check. We do not have change.) We would be happy to bring the yearbook to you in the front lobby. If you all have questions about anything, you can always call the school office: 479-444-3073. Leah and I are always glad to help.

Our main focus at Washington this year is to stay connected and support our students regardless on where they may be during this semester.
